Clean and quiet room, convenient location near train station, Mall of Berlin, park, and Brandenburg Tor. Helpful staff and lovely rooms. Hotel screened Germany World Cup match. Excellent location.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many major tourist attractions. You can easily explore the historic sights and visit the Mall of Berlin, which is very close by. The hotel is also near a metro stop, making it convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attentive and professional staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

Be cautious with the additional charges, particularly for breakfast. There have been instances where guests were charged more than they expected, so it is advisable to carefully review your bill before checking out.

Location and stuff are awesome, I enjoyed it. Very peaceful stay in leisure area. Easy transportation with a bus station located next to the hotel. The pool is lovely.

Relaxing hotel with fast wi-fi, the location was best possible right next to the train station. I liked the breakfast with lots of good food. The service was excellent and the staff was helpful and attentive.

We had a perfect stay in a long time. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the very comfy bed. Its location was very central, an easy walk to Academy of Design. Great view, executive bar - everything was excellent.

The room was comfortable with a great bed and a rain shower head in the shower. The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection of items. The lobby bar was a great place to relax and watch a football championship.

During my Christmas stay, I was really surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff at this hotel. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was conveniently situated close to various restaurants and public transportation options. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options, a great advantage for someone like me who follows a special diet.

The location of this hotel is superb, as it is right by the Sony centre and a lovely cafe is just across the street. With its proximity to Potsdamer Platz, it is incredibly convenient to reach many attractions. the room was spacious and the bathroom had a wonderful rain shower. The staff provided excellent service and were always courteous. The breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a gym with all the necessary equipment for a good workout.

One negative aspect was the cleanliness of the floral decorations and magnifying mirror, which were covered in dust.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. So close to many attractions in Potsdamer Platz. Very close to Potsdamer Platz station & easy walking distance to many places of interest such as the Brandenburg Gate & the Holocaust memorial. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of food. The staff were fantastic, always professional and polite.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Berlin. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious options to start the day off right. the location of the hotel was perfect, great to easily walk to key attractions and explore the city at our own pace.

The bar at the hotel closed quite early in the evenings, a bit disappointing. After a full day of sightseeing, it would have been nice to unwind with a drink at the hotel, but the early closing time limited those opportunities.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the luxurious amenities. the bed was especially comfortable and the room was well-appointed. the indoor swimming pool and sauna added to the overall experience. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. the hotel's excellent location allowed us to easily explore the city's main historical sites, shopping areas and restaurants.

We were looking forward to relaxing there in the evening but found it was often crowded and difficult to find seats.
